• SunPoint IT Solutions is a growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
• Using Datto’s Autotask Professional Services Automation (PSA) and Remote Monitoring and management (RMM) tools, I remotely administer solutions to support tickets raised ensuring client’s business process has the shortest possible interruption.

• The PAF Centre is a Technical and Vocational Education Training (TVET) Centre for youth development.
• Worked alongside the leadership team and other management staff to define the day-to-day operations of the PAF Youth Centre from an information technology standpoint implementing and managing the technology stack that supports the operations of the Centre.
• Defined security baseline for the servers and implemented them through patching and monitoring of network devices.
• Moved the PAF Youth TVET Center from an unstable, unproductive system to one that was able to serve the needs of over 100 users. This had always been a challenge before I joined the PAF team.
• Procured, setup, networked and managed 20+ units of Computer Systems at the ICT Training Department for the Youth Centre.
• Maintained and managed the Centre's e-Library; a Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) setup with 16+ Thin Client PCs and a rack server dedicated for research and learning at the Centre.

• Negotiated several IT contracts and led the delivery of various end-to-end projects over an 8-year period
• Supplied and configured servers, LAN, WAN, wireless networks, and end-user devices for multiple office spaces as well as technology refresh of State Government and private establishments like printing press, large workshops, and personnel workspaces. 95% of the projects were delivered within budget, scope, and time while also ensuring quality service was delivered.
• Secured and managed multi-year contracts to maintain the smooth running of the IT infrastructure. This multi-year contracts across multiple offices helped keep the operations of the State Government on a sustainable budget, achieve operational efficiency between different locations, reduce time to delivery and improved stability.
• As part of mentoring initiatives, I led several initiatives targeted at developing IT skills in the community and providing internship, IT training and development for young graduates and college students transiting to universities
